Band of Horses - “The First Song”
How can anyone think that Cease to Begin is better than Everything All the Time? It’s amazing from the “First Song” to the last (“St. Augustine.”)
Cease to Begin has its stellar moments, too (“Ode to LRC,” “No One’s Gonna Love You,” “Detlef Schrempf,” “Islands on the Coast,” “Cigarettes, Wedding Bands”) but I think Time is stronger overall.
